Snooze, an A.M. Eatery

Great place for breakfast after getting off the train from Denver airport. Also appreciated the gluten free options for pancakes and bread.

Unfortunately they don't take gluten free precautions seriously. I have celiac and was served food contaminated with gluten recently and became very sick.

Underwhelming experience. Cold food. Drafty restaurant. I ordered gluten free toast, and thank goodness I double checked with the waitress when my plate arrived because she had ordered me wheat toast. She asked if it was an allergy. I said yes, but they didn't remake the plate--just slapped GF toast on the top and brought back an ice cold dish, as if the crumbs from the previous toast piled on top didn't contaminate the entire dish. Don't eat here if you're celiac. They also don't ask before they sprinkle cinnamon on your latte, which is a choice.
