My latest experience was substandard; not due to the quality of food or quality of service. There was one server scheduled for the entire place on a Sunday morning. I watched as he sat patrons, took orders, and could barely get back to the first table before someone else came in. There also seemed to have been a shortage in the kitchen because the manager was helping make food. I'm hoping this was just an off day, because it is not sustainable. Everyone working still had a positive attitude despite being busy and short staffed.
Gluten free pancake was delicious! I also had the protein omelette with hash browns. The omelette was pretty good. My only complaint is there was a big piece of fat in one bite. And it would be amazing if the syrup were served warm.
