Snooze, an A.M. Eatery

We have been to this Snooze location multiple times. The wait staff is friendly and attentive. However, today's food experience has ruined my desire to return. I ordered egg whites with my entree and found a hair cooked right in the middle when I sliced it open. They ended up replacing the egg whites. I also ordered a gluten-free blueberry pancake. As I was finishing the pancake while our tab was being closed out (in a rush to leave as we were the last customers), I commented to my husband that the taste and texture were different from past gluten-free pancakes at Snooze, so we printed out our ticket to confirm our order. It clearly stated that it was a GF pancake, so I assumed it was just made "extra fluffy" today. I returned home and started feeling sick; now suffering all the tell-tale signs of an allergic reaction to gluten. I was willing to overlook the hair but serving the wrong non-allergy order is unacceptable. The kitchen staff needs proper training and improvement. Customers shouldn't have to reconfirm their order with their server before eating, but highly recommend those with allergies do so before eating here and at their own risk.

A great breakfast restaurant in CityCenter! Extensive menu for food and drinks. Lots of options for sweet, savoury and vegan. Also for hot/cold drinks, espresso and alcoholic beverages. Gluten free options are available too. It’s suggested by a friend and my first visit to this place. I really enjoyed my breakfast. I had the delicious crab and asparagus omelette. I can see myself coming back here for more. Very popular. It was busy at 8.30am. Cosy, clean and friendly atmosphere. There is a bar in the restaurant. Indoor and enclosed outdoor dining available. A big parking lot around the area. Staffs are friendly and attentive. Fully recommended! Business hours: Mon-Fri 6:30am to 2:30pm Sat-Sun 6:30am to 4:00pm
