Have the cooks practice and taste them. I have had delicious GF pancakes and waffles elsewhere. It's possible if you care. The bacon was a little chewy. It was our first time and it was really disappointing. I hope it improves. I was so excited when they opened in this neighborhood and want it to be good. Coffee was fresh and hot which is definitely an important positive for me. The place has potential
