ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! I was going to let this slide but the disrespect for no reason keeps replaying in my mind and it pisses me off. Arrived shortly after 12pm on a Tuesday, the resturant was super slow, maybe 3 tables inside and 2 tables on the patio had people. My wife and I chose a table on the patio in the middle. No exaggeration, 15 minutes go by while the server walked past us multiple times with no greeting. I only knew because of how hard that patio door slams every time they walk in and out. No big deal, but the sewage smell on the patio was horrible at least where we were sitting. Not blaming that on the resturant but it needs to be addressed. Server shows up cold, no greeting, asked what we want to drink. Instant attitude when we requested two waters to start. The menu is extensive, server didn’t ask if we had any questions about anything on the menu. 10 minutes later they were on the way to drop off the waters but we were already making the move to the inside to avoid the sewage smell. I believe that pissed the server off also, but why? Who wants to sit and smell sewage when they eat? We contemplated leaving the resturant but we chose to stay, which was a mistake. Now on the inside, our order was taken. A few new tables come in, they were promptly greeted with much better energy. I can think of a few stereotypes that may subject us to this bad service but I’ll leave that to the imagination. I ordered the gluten free French toast. Server asked if I wanted that Neat (normally that means nothing extra on it), I stated yes, French toast with butter and syrup on the side only. I also ordered a side of eggs and a side of hash browns. The server asked if I wanted the puffy hash brown or the flat? I asked him which one is better in your opinion? this is our first time here. He replied to “try the puffy hash brown”. Food comes out, food was just okay. Not everyone offers gluten free French toast so I was excited about that. They forget the wife’s jelly for her toast, not a big deal but it adds up with all the other things. French toast comes out full of powdered sugar, strawberries and blueberries, I didn’t say anything, I just ate it. A side of Flat hash browns was delivered to the table instead of the servers recommended puffy hash brown. I just ate it, didn’t say anything. Next we realize he forgot my eggs. After about 10 minutes my wife finally gets his attention because he is clearly ignoring us at this point, like we did something to him personally. 8 minutes later he walks by and slides the eggs on the table with an attitude, no apology. In the meantime I was trying to make the rationed butter and syrup portions stretch but I couldn’t. About 5 minutes later he actually checks on us while walking by in a rush and asked if we needed anything. I requested another side of butter. 5 minutes go by, I see the server by the TV shooting trash or something like a basketball multiple times laughing and having fun with his co worker. I’m not expecting 5 star service at breakfast but the slap in the face, disrespect cant be ignored. He clearly forgot about the butter that was requested or just didn’t care. I wave my hand to get his attention and he immediately brings the butter, again with no apology. 20 minutes goes by, meal is done with no further checkups. I have to flag this dude down AGAIN to ask for the check and he brings the payment device with an attitude, of course. Then the server has the nerve to ask if we are part of the rewards program or want to sign up. Hilarious. We live 3 minutes from this resturant but will continue spending our weekly, local resturant visits to other community restaurants. No problem driving 4, 5 or 10 miles away to places that have better service and food.

Please add gluten AND dairy free pancakes to the menu! Last week was my third time at Snooze, the second time at this location. I can’t have gluten and dairy, and even though I felt well taken care of the last two times, this time the staff was not knowledgeable about the ingredients of menu items. I ordered what the waitress had recommended and it took her an hour to get back to our table and let me know that I can’t have what she had recommended. Overall it took us 2 hours to have breakfast.

Friendly staff that is attentive took the order quickly, made sure it was correct, and brought condiments when needed. Standard portions and plated well. Gluten-free blueberry pancakes are good, and the Ham Benedict was great their hollandaise sauce is very tasty. It is a must try if you like that flavor, heavy creamy delight. Will be back often.
