So Diet Burger

Really not bad, this concept. The burgers are very generous, quite original with their filling sealed in a bun. They have about as many calories as some small classic burgers that you can find from the competition, but they contain a lot more, and that's important! The little chocolate pancakes are pretty good, I liked it too :) I ordered on Uber Eats, the prices were good with some special offers, but in a restaurant, or without a special offer, it might be a little expensive. In any case, the concept is very good, I appreciate seeing a restaurant that is concerned about the calories that we can ingest. If I can offer a small suggestion, I think that a gluten-free bread recipe would be appreciated by people who are intolerant or even allergic... And there are quite a few... Something based on psylium to be able to make when even raise the dough without gluten (in addition to facilitating transit and being an appetite suppressant)...
