SoFresh Palm Harbor - Shoppes of Boot Ranch

As a person with a moderate gluten allergy due to hashimotos disease and celiac disease, this place is my go-to on the run "fast food" when im doing business in the palm harbor/east lake area. I am happy to know there are other locations nearby so I can order my food and choose delivery or pick up. Its the easiest way to eat clean.

I LOVE this place. Quick and healthy food options on the run! Not easy to find! Being gluten and dairy it's almost impossible! Their staff is always friendly. You can order directly with the cashier or you can order on using the screens set on the same counter as the cashier. They have a large menu. You can design your own meal or select from the options they have listed. Bowls, Wraps, Quesadillas, and Salads I love their super bowl. The base, made as is, 400is calories with 12g protein.
