SoKno Taco Cantina

I absolutely love SoKno. I used to live within walking distance and would go enjoy some amazing food and margaritas all of the time. The atmosphere is fun and brought a fresh vibe to a booming part of South Knoxville. My biggest complaint is coming from the perspective of someone with a gluten allergy. The staff don't seem to be very educated on the issue, or take it very seriously. They once brought me my tacos in flour tortillas when I had specifically requested the gluten-free corn tortillas, and I ate them, trusting from our conversation that they would bring me what I had ordered. I ended up getting very ill from the encounter. While I've been back since, I'm very wary of what I order and triple check with the server that they're bringing me what I've requested. If they market themselves as having gluten-free options, they should make sure they're following through with that request. This is the only reason I can't give them a higher review. However. If you don't have any allergies, I definitely recommend it.
