Beautiful restaurant with an intimate, artistic vibe. I love coming here, the food is consistently good and the atmosphere is great. The fresh made tortillas are one of the best parts of this place! I would come here for a date I want to impress or for a cute night with a friend or small group! Such a gem of a restaurant! The entire menu is gluten free and the tortillas are 100% corn, all celiac safe too!

Hooks under the bar for your bag. Comfortable high top chairs and non wobbly tables. Pleasant atmosphere. Ergonomic water glasses. Intuitive and attentive service, perfectly timed and not disruptive but so friendly. Hand towellettes after the wings (some of the best Ive ever had). Consisent water refill and dish replacement. Reasonable prices. The best damn tortillas. Authentically mexican so everything happens to be gluten free naturally. Seriously best place Ive eaten in Brooklyn. Go here and tip well!

I love this place. My partner and I have been here many times. The food is reliably very good. Some dishes can be a miss, but many are hits and when they hit, they really hit. The chips and guacamole and the salsas are standout-good. Last time we ordered the wings, a salad, and a shrimp dish and they were all excellent. In the past there was a skirt steak quesadilla-like thing that was one of the best things I've ever eaten - I wish they'd bring it back. Their salsa macha is excellent. Veggies and salads are often a highlight. Also, nearly everything is gluten-free. I have celiac disease and it is so nice to go somewhere where pretty much everything on the menu is safe for me to eat! On top of that, the ambience is lovely. It's a really pretty space and just pleasant to be in. I'd probably come here just for the ambience even if the food was mediocre. The staff are also lovely. The last time we ate here it had been 4-5 months since our last visit and they remembered who we were and even what we ordered last time! This was the final push I needed to write a review.
