The Oaks is a dining hall on campus at Bowling Green State University. They offer vegan, vegetarian, and gluten friendly options. There's a large variety of food to be found here, including international fare, an allergy station friendly towards elimination diets, and appetizers.
There is a pizza station (Flour & Sauce) with several types of pizza available each day and a specialty pizza that rotates. Many stations are available throughout the dining hall, including Heart of the House, Flips, Whats Ap, Thrive, and Rooted. Rooted typically features vegetarian and vegan fare and I really enjoy this station. Additionally there's a salad bar station (House of Green) with soups and a dessert bar.
If you have food allergies and concerns you can let the staff know. The staff will answer any questions you may have and take food allergies seriously. I highly recommend eating here if you're on campus, as there's something for everyone to enjoy and the food is excellent.
