We love Sol Food! Definitely a family favorite for us and our toddlers. We get the oregano chicken with pink beans w/ either garlic plantains or French fries. Sooooo delicious!! Safe for gluten free. And don’t get me started on how amazing the hot sauce (pique) is!

This place was hopping on a Saturday night yet the staff was friendly and happy to explain different menu options as this was our first time visiting. We ordered the chicken thigh plate and sliced steak plate. All was very tasty however the beef was a bit on the chewy side. Next time would pick a different beef option. Plantains and chicken were super yummy. Everything we had was gluten free.

Not only do they have excellent food, they have amazing service! Their manager went above and beyond for me when I put in my order at the wrong Sol Food location. I really appreciate how fast, kind, and accommodating they are. Very good gluten free and vegan options too!
