My husband and I go to Solbean almost every week. They offer gluten free food that is delicious and safe for anyone who has certain dietary restrictions. I highly recommend the GF grilled chicken panini and their acai with GF granola is also amazing.

Very cute and eclectic bistro! I had a create your own wrap, and literally the BEST wrap I've ever had. It was larger in size than I expected, the vegan ranch was ranching, and it was gluten-free, which is rare to find both vegan and gluten-free selections in this area. I'm a visitor and my first time in Massachusetts outside of the airport. Solbean...y'all sang my song TODAY.
