We came on a weekday evening & had the chef’s menu. I mentioned on my online booking notes that we’d require the dishes to be gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free, which was no problem at all. The food was so good and we tried things we’d probably never usually order. We sat at the kitchen bar and it was a great experience, we got to watch as the chefs cooked and then the server talked us through each dish as it was given to us. The food just keeps on coming and we were absolutely stuffed by the end. Every dish was presented beautifully, I particularly liked how the seafood dishes were laid out on the stones. A lovely touch. We also got a couple of cocktails which were delicious. You definitely get your money’s worth with the chef’s menu so I’d definitely recommend. The service, professionalism, and friendliness of the staff was also perfect start to finish.
