Solevo Kitchen

Solevo Kitchen had a designated gluten free menu. They didn’t have gluten free pasta but most of their pasta dishes comes with whipped polenta instead. I got the Bolognese which was incredible. For app we shared the Non-Pane-Zanella I am still craving it again already. Dessert is the best in downtown Saratoga Springs. They had a lemon cornmeal cake that was insane. Best place in Saratoga to eat.

Not good if you have celiac, and the waiter was unfortunately very condescending :/ I wish I had a better experience since I had heard wonderful things.

My friend and I were in town for our college reunion and booked a table for Thursday evening. We arrived early and they kindly seated us early as well which was really nice because we were both hungry. The food, wine, and tiramisu were excellent. There are extensive vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free menus available as well so ask to see those as well if it applies to you or your party. Our server Emily C, was fantastic. She was friendly, attentive, and knew the menu thoroughly. Exactly the type of top tier service that you would expect at such a fine restaurant. The dining room and bar area fit the vibe of Saratoga and the outdoor seating was extensive. (We ate inside.)
