I was at this restaurant 2 days ago, I tried the gluten-free option of di pollo pasta and the flavor and flavor were wonderful. Incredible service from a guy who spoke a little Spanish.
I went back today and ordered a carbonara, with add of chicken on the side. service by a skinny guy. The food arrived in 2 minutes with a very watery white cream, horrible taste. I asked about the carbonara that I had ordered and he said that they didn't make the recipes like in Italy, because according to him "British people like sauce food” and that the recipe their carbonara were like that.
the potion was half the first time.
I asked if the pasta was gluten free as I had asked for and paid for it and he said yes and said: you got what you ordered. Well, it was just time to get home and start vomiting. That was my experience there.
