Solo Pasta and Pizza

BEST italian restaurant ever!! The gluten free pesto and mushrooms gnocchis were just amazing, and the gluten free pizza base was the best gluten free pizza I have ever eaten! My partner and I are spanish and have been traveling around Italy and this gluten free food was the best we found. Excellent service, Francesco was so friendly and caring. We will come back 💙 Thanks for all the effort! Is always good feeling like at home.

Solo is definitely my favourite pizza restaurant in Tassie. They have the best pizzas. Just wanted share my disappointment last night. We came here last night after a concert. Saturday night and we were after a good pizza.. It was nearly 8pm and just ordered a GF base half-half: I’m vegetarian GF and hubby is not. Pizza came with chicken on both halves. Understandable; end of a big busy day-mistakes might be happened. They took it back and prepared a new one. The 2nd(new) pizza came around 8.40pm(when the restaurant closes at 9pm) and again with a little bit chicken on the vegetarian side(artichokes and chicken look like similar obviously). The manager/chef came and explained it to us-but I found &tasted chicken on my veggie side. In addition to that the 2nd(last) pizza was smaller in size than the first one. My Saturday night pizza joy/excitement was disappeared after waiting that long for a good pizza that never arrived.. I hope along that chaos they didn’t serve us a pizza with gluten mistakenly. This was a big disappointment for me-cause I know it’s the best pizza and their service is excellent in general. I wish it won’t happen again because this is not a fast food pizza chain where you don’t care about the receipt.
