What a fantastic place, I've been here twice and so far no issues! This really scratched the ramen itch I've been feeling ever since I was diagnosed with celiac disease. The menu is not labeled but our server went back and forth to the chef to figure out what I can eat. Essentially no fried stuff, or pan friedand the gf noodles is soba. I got their classic beef soba and tofu salad, it was PERFECT. You can control spice level and they do substitutions. Tell them it's for an allergy, they will ask if you can handle cross contamination so that makes me feel more secure.

Great food but also very allergen aware including mindful of cross contamination. Adapted a recipe to be gluten free for my kid, suggested improvements not on the menu and knew to do fresh hot water for soba noodles. Celiac safe!
