Sonflour

Only my second time in Sonflour but food was amazing both times. I wish they had more gluten free options but the GF options they do have are amazing :) Love the rice dish and the chickpea bread starter/ side. Book in advance to avoid disappointment

If you want to eat well in Cork, then you are in the right place! Sunflour offers beautiful and delicious meals, something that you can not find in any other place. You can eat particular dishes based on Italian cuisine. Everything is carefully prepared by the two chefs, Eugenio and Lorenzo, in a warm and cosy atmosphere. We ate 2 types of ravioli, the linguine with pistacchio sauce and 2 types of gluten-free black rice. Followed we chose 3 types of pizza and the Italian farinata. It's difficult to find a pizza better than this... even in Italy 😉 Last but not least, desserts and the Italian espresso! For sure, the best lunch that we had in Cork! Hope to be back soon!
