Sonia's Sweet Inspirations

Sonia’s sweets exceeded our expectations! Our wedding cake was absolutely stunning, simply elegant and the roses were opened so beautifully! Not only was the presentation amazing but the flavor profile was insane! As a gluten free bride I wasn’t sure what to do. Carl was so organized and supportive, we decided to do a large 3 tiered cake, with the top tier gluten free. We did our tasting and I thought everything was wonderful. When I took the first bite into my wedding cake it was even better than expected. We are so happy we decided to have the lemon blueberry cheesecake filling— although you won’t be disappointed with the surplus of flavor combinations they whip up! Thank you Carl and Sonia🩷

We had a small wedding and chose to have a 2 tier cake and some gluten free cupcakes, all with vanilla cake and a combination of vanilla and cannoli frosting. Everyone thought the cake was absolutely delicious. The presentation also came out beautiful. Highly recommend.
