Casual place for various types of meat. Everything was good, no complaints. Not necessarily anything unique as compared to similar bbq style restaurants. They have a list of allergens if you ask for it, which explains each item on the menu and if it has dairy, gluten, etc.

They were very willing to build my meal around my gluten allergy. I had the burnt ends, baked sweet potato, and coleslaw. The food was excellent. My daughter had a bowl of mac-n-cheese with chopped brisket. Neither meal option was on the menu directly.
