Sonny Bryan's Smokehouse history

Really kind folks at the front, I ordered a brisket plate and got a brisket sandwich, looked back at the menu and sure enough at the top it says sandwich plate but under it says brisket plate, etc. I can't have gluten, and the preparer was happy to take off the bread but couldn't replace the meat. I went back up to the front and started to order a new plate and the kind woman working the front asked what happened to my other plate, I explained what happened and said it was my fault that it says sandwich right on there and I couldn't do the cross contamination. She took the time and effort entirely of her own accord to refund the first plate and put in my order for a new plate. It was so nice, again, totally my fault, the menu at the top says, "Sandwich plates" and I wasn't even about ready to argue given that I'd gotten what I ordered. Just nice folks, I could tell the manager on hand was also a good guy who trusts his people, as he had to put in the refund. Anyway, the food was also great. Definitely come here, these folks made my day and hopefully they'll do the same for you.

Haven from travel hunger! Husband and I were looking for something with gluten free options, I had the loaded meat baked potato with pulled chicken. Generous portion, chicken was delicious, and Rahim and the chef provided exceptional customer service.
