Sooshibay Bar & Restaurant

We have been coming here for quite a while the sushi is great and we usually have Alvin and Juju who always accommodated to the gluten free needs my wife has. We had a new server today, joeilie and we strictly had asked for gf soy sauce and miso soup and rice. Our miso soup and rice never came out and when we mentioned it, I’m not sure because it was busy, but we weren’t acknowledged. Granted it’s just soup and rice so it did not affect our meal, but it was still charged on the bill and we realized when we already paid. When we were making our way out I tried to talk to the manager but he was on the phone. We appreciate the servers who pay attention and we hope to see more improvement as well on others.

My #1 sushi choice in Kenosha! I go to Sooshibay weekly—the salmon & tuna are always fresh, the conveyor belt plates list all ingredients, and they even have gluten-free rolls. Definitely beats the new recently open AYCE spot by miles.
