Definitely the most perfect place for those sensitive to gluten. Pastries that are hard to believe are gluten-free, soft and insanely delicious. A must for any celiac.

Sophie is great and her baking is excellent but the woman in the shop selling the food is antipathetic and doesn't care about coeliacs. Asking for advice from a French woman who knows the country and the nuances will help me improve, after all, I succeed half the time. The woman who sells in the business does not want to know and is not even willing to mediate a question or two via WhatsApp. It is a business that trades on the basis of its Frenchness but the seller is antipathetic.
