Great GF vegan pizza. Super pleased with quality and taste

We went to Soora Sotto due to the high ratings. Well……. They are richly deserved!! Amazing and I mean AMAZING PIZZA!!!!! Even the gluten free pizza was stellar. Awesome Caesar Salad as well. Beautifully finished interior. Very clean and modern. Spectacular wood fired oven. We had quite a wait for our meal but it was worth it. All the tables were full and very busy with take out and delivery as well. The Chef did apologize when I complimented him on his fare. The only glitch and the reason for the 4 star…. We ordered GF pizza and I was almost finished my first piece when the waitress showed up apologizing as they had provided a regular crust one. They quickly replaced it but the damage was done for me. That being said my spouse does not have the same issue and happily consumed the regular crust one which was provided at no cost. Busy and quite loud as EVERYONE was having a blast and enjoying their magnificent cocktails and fare. Certainly going back for more. THE BEST PIZZA WE HAVE HAD OUTSIDE OF ITALY!!!
