If you have been to Happy Pancake in Japan and you're craving something similar in Brisbane, this is your go to! Yes there is very limited indoor seating, but the prices are very reasonable, mostly less than $20 for each item on the menu. I had the Phillidelphia strawberry cheesecake pancakes, definitely a 10/10, not too sweet and a portion which was just right. My partner had original gluten free pancakes with whipped butter and honey which were amazing. The guy making coffees outside was super attentive. Will be back!
