The food and customer service here is fantastic. I always receive warm and welcoming customer service from staff members who are efficient with taking orders and table service. I feel very well taken care of in this restaurant. As for the food, it’s phenomenal. I absolutely love the flavours and the quality of the food. Soul Burger have the best burgers. The gluten free buns are fantastic as well. A lot of places don’t do them well, whereas Soul Burger Newtown does. I highly recommend this establishment.

Delicious milkshake and the service was excellent, but I'm so sure I wasn't given the gluten free bun I asked for. The burger tasted nice enough, but I became sick about 10 or so minutes later and the symptoms match my gluten intolerance so I'm not sure what's going on there.
