Soupa Noodle Bar

This is a hidden gem in Jacksonville, inspired by Japanese anime comics! The decor is fantastic, and their noodle soups and appetizers are incredibly delicious. During my first visit, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that they serve udon and pho alongside ramen! I tried the Curry Laksa (a spicy coconut milk broth) – Singaporean noodles, and the Kaio Mami (a savory and sweet broth) – Filipino noodles. Both dishes exceeded my expectations! We also enjoyed the "Build Your Own Bowl" option, where you can add your favorite toppings to your chosen noodles. My gluten-free and vegan friends will definitely love this place! The prices are very reasonable, with small sides starting at $10, which was more than enough to fill me up. You can also opt for "Kaedama," which is extra noodles. If you haven't been here, its time for you to try it.

It’s an okay place but I didn’t really get a lot of protein. I ordered the beef and poached egg and didn’t get much beef and only half of a hard boiled egg… Otherwise tasty and it was nice they had options for vegetarian and or gluten free.
