South St. Burger

I had a wonderful experience at Ottawa St South Street Burger!! I eat gluten free and they were very knowledgeable, safe and answered all my one million questions!! I would recommend to anyone who needs to eat gluten free :) Thank you!!

South St. Burger at the Sunrise Centre Plaza in Kitchener is hands down the best! Especially for anyone with celiac disease or gluten sensitivities. While there are two locations in KW, this one is by far the standout for its amazing attention to gluten-free safety and zero cross-contamination. The staff here are so knowledgeable and careful, making sure my food is always safe, and they know my husband and me so well now—it’s like visiting friends every time we stop haha The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the food never disappoints. Their fries are easily the best, and sometimes we stop by just for those! But their gluten-free bun deserves just as much praise—it holds together perfectly (no falling apart!) and tastes amazing. Honestly, just writing this review has me craving another burger right now! I can’t recommend South St. Burger at the Sunrise Centre enough.
