Southbound

From the moment we walked through the door, we knew this would be something special. The intimate dining areas and nooks made me feel like I was comfortably welcomed as a guest into Ryan and Kelleanne’s home. But make no mistake— The easy, warm atmosphere was accompanied by impeccable food, wine, and cocktails including a fabulous elk chop, perfectly prepared. And the pistachio cake was truly a gift to me as my gluten and dairy allergies usually leave me with few dessert options. The only reason I might not be back on my next trip to Charleston is because I want to try more of Ryan and Kelleanne’s restaurants!

Had the best time sitting on the porch “swing” and listening to live music on the patio. The server (Kate) was amazing and knowledgeable. I am gluten free and I was impressed that I could eat almost everything. I will be back!
