Southern Philosophy Brewing

We (me, 6y/o son, wife) had a great experience at Southern Philosophy today. The place is beautiful, we have visited before and the aesthetics are certainly on point. We drove from Wakulla to visit. Critiques... •Side salad was well balanced just needed more dressing. •Wings were about 2 minutes over cooked. We ordered sauce on the side so the naked wings were just that naked, lacked flavor. Whether sauced or not, they require some S&P. •bartender was eating on the line, terrible look in 'open kitchen' concept. He spoke to me with sauce still in his beard. •wife was disappointed that there were no ciders, sours or seltzer available. She was looking for any gluten free option. Outsider looks really nice but there is excessive clutter and tripping hazards. Open lader and hoses were in walkway.

What a cute Brewery! I don't feel like the those two words go together, but here we are :) I absolutely loved the decor in here. They have a great list of beers on tap, as well as a full bar with speciality cocktails and a food menu that includes homemade pizza. I love that they even offer gluten free and vegan options. We ended up sharing a small Southern Philosophy Pizza (from their menu: Prosciutto, Georgia Peaches, arugula, pecan-parmesan dusting, pecan ridge truffle oil, balsamic-Alaga Cane Sugar Syrup glaze). The small was a great size for an app, although my husband could have eaten a large by himself - it was that good! We had reservations next door at the American, so we didn't want to get too full. But we ended up coming back later in the evening to enjoy a few cocktails and listen to the live music in their back patio. Definitely a great vibe, right in the heart of the Bainbridge Town Square. 10/10 recommend.
