Very crowded and loud but excellent gluten free food and drink options.

Our hotel highly recommended this place and we were very disappointed. First, our server was new and she did an excellent job. Second the menu did have some decent gluten free options, including pasta and tacos and both were tasty and well prepared. The kitchen was the biggest complaint. The restaurant was not busy at all and it took between 30-45 minutes to get our food. We were also disappointed with the TV set up. We went to see a football game and the way they have their TVs programmed several on on the same switcher. So the TV in front of you is conrolled by someone elsewhere in the bar that wants to watch something else. Really?
