Loved that you had gluten free options

Hopped off I95 for breakfast driving home to MA from NYC. Wife and I both had Corned Beef Hash and Eggs. The Corned Beef Hash is the best Corned Beef Hash I have ever had at any dinner anywhere. Often it's mushy. This was cooked nice and crisp. I like my eggs scrambled light and asked for them scrambled light. That may be one of the hardest ways to cook eggs. Undercooked, they are runny and cold. Overcooked and they are too stiff. When cooked just right and served immediately they are hot but not runny or hard. Let them sit and they are going to either get cold, too stiff, or both. Eggs came out hot and wispy without being runny or hard. These were also the best lightly scrambled eggs I have had at any dinner. It's nice that they offer gluten free toast.
