Everything in store gluten free. Some absolutely wonderful sweet and savoury bakes. Can’t recommend enough! Especially the vegan sausage roll.

There really isn't anywhere like Sow and Arrow that I have found.
They have a great selection of food for keto, paleo and vegan diets as well as being completely grain free meaning lots of options for the gluten intolerant .
The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable.
You really won't be disappointed with a visit to Sow and Arrow 😁😁
