I ask if the hot chocolate powder is gluten free, girl at the counter says "yes we can do lactose free milk"
I say: "No, does it contain gluten?"
Her: "We do have lactose free milk."
I say: "It's for a Coeliac, what does lactose free milk have to do with anything? Does the powder have gluten?"
Her: "Sorry, I don't understand."
USELESS. 2nd store I visited that thinks lactose intolerance and Coeliac are the same thing. Get educated.

Ordered gluten free penne before a movie for a celiac and it came out with normal fettuccini. Had to get a refund and missed out on eating dinner because we were going to be late.
