One of the best pizzerias outside of Italy. They ferment the dough for atleast 2 days rather then using refrigerated base which results in a very light delectable pizza. Likely suitable for those with Non Celiac Gluten sensitivity.

Had a large group and we all enjoyed our pizza. Seating can be limited because they are so busy. I’d suggest for a group do takeout and go to a local brewery. I had the Sardinian but gluten-free. The gluten-free was pretty good but a little crispy almost cracker like on the crust. Beggars can’t be choosers when it comes to gluten-free happy to have the option. Going back I’d skip the appetizers. The pickled vegetable were nothing special and group didn’t touch the burrata but did eat all the bread.

Best pizza in the area. Good gluten free and vegan options. Also some great salads. Fun ambiance. Good service.
