One of the best pizzerias outside of Italy. They ferment the dough for atleast 2 days rather then using refrigerated base which results in a very light delectable pizza. Likely suitable for those with Non Celiac Gluten sensitivity.

Had a large group and we all enjoyed our pizza. Seating can be limited because they are so busy. I’d suggest for a group do takeout and go to a local brewery.
I had the Sardinian but gluten-free. The gluten-free was pretty good but a little crispy almost cracker like on the crust. Beggars can’t be choosers when it comes to gluten-free happy to have the option.
Going back I’d skip the appetizers. The pickled vegetable were nothing special and group didn’t touch the burrata but did eat all the bread.
