Good ambience and service. I just didn't think the gluten free pancakes tasted good at all, but sadly gluten free versions of things often don't anyway.

The Sparta Classic Diner and Restaurant opened in 2012 & is located at 80 Woodport Road in Sparta, NJ. This family run restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, brunch and dinner every day. They take pride in serving delicious comfort food prepared from scratch, using the freshest, high quality ingredients available. They offer locally grown produce, grass-fed beef & gluten sensitive choices. The Sparta Classic Diner serves breakfast all day, brunch on the weekends & daily specials. Take-out meals, gift cards & a rewards card are welcome options & they have a catering menu, too. The Greek Eggs Kayanas was a delicious choice! It's obvious that the ingredients are fresh because you can taste each one in every bite. This dish has a slight kick to it, too! Despite almost drooling over some of the AMAZING milkshakes, that special treat will have to wait for another visit!
