Be careful if you have celiac disease!
It's a scam to call Pörksen's baked goods gluten-free and recommend them to people with celiac disease. My body reacts so severely to the gluten-free wheat starch that I'm sick for one to three days. It's irresponsible, as these products are also purchased by restaurants and, in good faith, passed on to people with celiac disease. I can only appeal to the Pörksen company to completely remove wheat from their baked goods. Logically, wheat starch also contains traces of wheat and is therefore unsuitable for people with the disease. Since celiac disease is an autoimmune disease, the body detects the smallest gluten particles and reacts violently to them.
