We luckily walked in just as a large family group was walking out--they gave an enthusiastic recommendation!
Our first seats were near an aircon, but they moved us to another table as soon as we asked.
We were very happy with our meal, excellently prepared dishes at the spice level we requested, very quick and friendly service. The only glitch came when one of our group checked about gluten free options, and the server got confused about whether or not the rices were gluten-free, meaning the diner ended up with the wrong rice. So maybe a little training to help staff confidently answer questions about allergies/intolerances?
If I lived in Liverpool, I'd eat here again. We each had a main, rice, and glass of wine or beer, and spent about £25 each with tip.
