AIC venue just outside Bassano del Grappa. Unfortunately they also sell products containing gluten such as brioches. Convinced that we had entered a totally gluten-free pastry shop, we didn't bother asking if everything was GF and we take the blame for this! However, I would recommend marking clearly (and not on the transparent glass) the fact that there may be products that are not suitable for those who are intolerant and separating them in a space not in close contact with croissants and gluten-free desserts. Unfortunately we relied too much on the name which gives the idea of being in a totally uncontaminated place.
