Great place and they cater for vegan and/or gluten free diet

I hired Spinach for my wife's birthday party and they did such a great job of making it a special evening. We started with a dinner party downstairs where we were serrved dishes from the feast menu, which were very good and came with huge sharing salads. They provided vegan and gluten free options too that were really enjoyed by those members of our party. We then moved upstairs for the main event and were really well looked after. The party went on until 1am as they offer a late license, which was great and something hard to find in the local area. They were really helpful with the cake too. I needed them to receive, refrigerate and then thaw it, which was all taken care of without fuss. I imagine some people just use the venue's integrated system + laptop but we hired in a sound system as we wanted make sure the sound was loud and high quality enough for people to dance. With it being a cafe there's no dj booth and the table they had is quite low so we had to improvise with the set up but these were minor issues. Would definitely recommend if you need a party venue.

I held my 30th birthday party in Spinach's private dining room and garden, and had the best experience! A fabulous time was had by all - the food was amazing, the garden was such a beautiful venue, and the team was so welcoming, helpful and all-around brilliant. They were able to cater for vegan and gluten-free guests as well. All of the guests commented on how chill and lovely the entire evening was. The planning process was also very smooth throughout. I will definitely recommend Spinach to others for private events, and will certainly book it again if I host something in the future.
