Spino's is a new generation fast food restaurant located in Lecce, which combines taste and sustainability. It offers a variety of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options, prepared with high-quality ingredients. During our visit, my partner and I enjoyed a delicious vegan sandwich. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, explaining in detail the preparation of the vegan sandwiches and the origin of the ingredients. Furthermore, we were also kindly offered some really excellent chickpea croquettes. The design of the restaurant is super refined and welcoming, making the atmosphere perfect for enjoying a meal in peace. A further plus is the convenience of parking, which makes the experience even more pleasant. I highly recommend Spino's to anyone looking for a tasty, sustainable meal in a pleasant setting in Lecce.
