Split Rock Café in Bigfork is hands down the best food in the Flathead Valley. On top of that, they’re incredibly accommodating with food allergies—gluten-free, dairy-free, you name it. The staff is knowledgeable, kind, and takes dietary needs seriously without compromising on flavor. Everything is fresh, thoughtful, and absolutely delicious.
