Spread Café

Went here twice with my partner who's gluten free. Second time they accidentally brought out non-gf bread but immediately cooked a fresh batch. Lovely staff. I got the breakfast wrap and the scrambled eggs. Both very tasty, would love to see more vegetarian options on the menu though.

Came here twice over the course of a few days on a recent trip to Dublin. All the sandwiches can be made gluten free with GF bread which was a big selling point for me- I had the caprese which was very nice, and was excited to actually get toasted bread- a rarity when you’re GF! On my next visit the team didn’t hear me when I asked for GF bread but they instantly apologised and very quickly whipped up a second batch of scrambled eggs and toast for me, reassuring me before I could even ask that it had all been cooked fresh so I didn’t have to worry about crumbs- very grateful for how kind, understanding, and accommodating they were, I wasn’t made to feel like an inconvenience one bit. Would absolutely recommend Spread and would definitely return.
