Small but busy atmosphere with wood fired pizzas coming out of the back and great cocktails and wine. Prosciutto with burrata was amazing value with freshly sliced prosciutto and very attentive service. Offered gluten free pizza base and pasta was delicious!

What a great experience! I dined at Spritz with my friends, we all ordered pizza and let me just say it’s absolutely one of the BEST PIZZA in Perth! A perfect dough, fresh ingredients and so tasty! Service is fast even when busy, nice atmosphere and lovely spritz, of course, but the best part is absolutely the pizza! They also have vegan and gluten free options, loved it! I highly recommend the margherita pizza with buffalo mozzarella, it’s absolutely to die for! My friends had the prosciutto pizza and the cicciona, absolutely delicious as well! If you’re looking for a perfect pizza, no doubt, Spritz is the right place! Thank you chef! I’d definitely come back soon.
