This is the last time I’m coming to this location. They do not check their food properly. I bought pork loins one day ago, I open the package today and they smell absolutely disgusting rancid and non edible. This is not the first time I have purchased food that goes bad within a day or two. Last week I bought a bag of sweet potatoes and they were already bad couldn’t even eat them. It’s ridiculous. Also the store manager Jennifer is very rude. My first encounter with her was a few months ago when I had a deal on my sprouts account in the app and told her the price of the steak needed to be adjusted because the app said it was on sale. Her response “that’s not right that steak is never on sale” and she didn’t want to honor the deal that was on the app! I was baffled. Second time I encountered her, I had to return some things I had bought that were unopened and within the 30 days. I found out I have a specific health disorder and I’m not supposed to eat things with gluten or dairy and I also wanted to switch to glass instead of plastic. When I was returning the plastic water gallons that were unopened she stated “what, you’re allergic to water?” With a rude tone. I almost lost it. She shouldn’t be a store manager. After spending a lot of money at this location per month I’m done. Rotten food and poor customer service. Corporate needs to check this location.
