Sprouts Farmers Market

This store is clean and well stocked if you need the things they carry. Lots of homeopathic OTC meds, gluten-free whatnot, green tea shampoo, you get the idea. I like their large selection of fresh vegetables and the serve-yourself dry goods bins, so you pay for just the amount you want. It was essentially boarded up through the Covid years. They also have a sort-of butcher/deli area and they make a basic fresh sandwich for 4.99, which is pretty reasonable. All in all, a pleasant shopping spot and never seems too busy.

I just changed my review from 1 star to 4 stars because they have improved over the last year. The one thing I really like about Sprouts Farmers Market is their low prices on items I buy often. They also have an usually good selection of gluten free items including dairy. Compared to other grocery stores in the area they have a much better selection of organic vegetables. Unfortunately they do not consistently carry very much organic fruit. As far as I can tell there are only three kinds of organic fruit they have all the time: bananas, grapefruit, and lemons. This is not good because 8 of the 12 items on the EWG's 2023 "dirty dozen" list are fruit (the produce with the most toxic pesticides).
