I have used this establishment to cater work functions as well as to grab a quick lunch. I’m strictly gluten free for health reasons and they have plenty of delicious options. Everyone in my groups were always happy with their offerings. Always reliable and fresh. The owner/manager is a great guy!

Wandered in here on a Timmies run one day and the menu is quite large. There is a good selection of vegetarian and gluten free food. The employee at the counter was very flexible and happy to accommodate my dietary restrictions and preferences. The food arrived in under 10 minutes, it was hot and delicious. I saw several interactions with customers while I was waiting and it is clear it is a go-to spot for many with Sprouts knowing their regular customers orders by heart. I will definitely be back to try more. A nice alternative to Freshii.
