St. James Tavern

For a celebration before the wedding, we took nearly 40, Brazilian guests to st James's Tavern. We wanted a low-key but English Pub experience for them. We chose the Saint James's Tavern due to its proximity to the venue where the wedding would be hosted. However, they were able to provide some of the best services And best food that I've ever had. They did fish and chips for 40 with gluten-free and vegetarian options. Also, as well as an extremely good, sticky toffee pudding. Many of the Brazilians said, previously they did not like fish and chips. However, these fish and chips were some of the best they'd ever had and they really enjoyed it. They charged us, no venue hire fees, like most people would And their service was calm and friendly throughout. It was a huge success and I hope to host other events at Saint, James's, Tavern in the future. Thank you so much.

Friendly, welcoming pub on the outskirts of the city. I haven't eaten there but food looks good with a sensible menu including gluten free options. Occasional live music, regular quiz night and other social events. Water bowls for dogs too. Edit, since writing the above I've eaten at the SJT. Great GF burger. No fuss, no CC worries. Really good burger with fries. Fab.
