The sushi was excellent, and the staff did have knowledge and awareness for coeliac disease. It was pricey but to be expected for sushi. There were limited vegetarian options for my friend.

St sushi is an absolute gem hidden away near Pink lane Bakery in Newcastle. Its always full so if you want a table for more than 2 people you're better off booking. The staff are lovely even going as far to make me a gluten free Bento Box which was not part of the menu. It is very reasonably priced (a Bento Box, chicken Katsu curry, sweet potato tempura, and two plum wine cocktails came to approx £35).
