Stack Pancake & Steak House

We came in on labor day, so take the review with a grain of salt. We had a friendly waiter who in a clearly understaffed restaurant. The food was average, our buffalo wings were more salty than spicy and apple (on gluten-free pancakes) a little bit goopy. He did forget to bring or charge for curly fries and sausages, but we were already full so it worked out. Perhaps it would be better on a less busy day or with more staff.

I have not been to The Stack in years, and they changed the interior for the better! Now to the rating. I ordered Gluten Free pancakes and was given whole wheat which another waiter noticed....not mine. They gave another order half cooked gluten free. The management is great but the food not sure. I will give another try.
