Went for lunch today with my wife and daughter. Their sweet pancakes looked good. They didn't finish, but they probably weren't quite that hungry. My gluten-free savoury BBQ pulled pork pancake, on the other hand, was really quite bad. I did finish it, but I later wished I hadn't as it left a bad aftertaste. I can still taste it now over an hour later. I definitely like BBQ pulled pork, so I guess it must have been the pancake itself. Gluten-free options are often not great, but when you lump it together with vegan, you inevitably end up with something awful. Please stop doing this.
